The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Z.E.C) is being urged by communities to communicate effectively the issue of Biometric Voter Registration as we are approaching elections very soon.
People have shown much confusion and misunderstanding of this new voting system . Those in rural settings are not even sure whether or not if they will take part in the upcoming 2018 elections as they do not even know B.V.R stands for as well as the requirements needed to vote .
The Government is therefore urged to inform the people about B.V.R through various media platforms about BVR in order for those who lack understanding towards this new voting system to participate. Community leaders and stations are also expected to educate and share with their communities any information regarding the new voting system and the requirements as well.
