Zimbabwe School Examination Council (ZIMSEC) Advanced level results are out. The pass rate for school candidates is 87, 6 % and 63, 7 % for private candidates.The pass rate increased by 5% over the previous year 2014.

Former Information Centre operator Mr Gibson Gombedze lost the case couple of days ago to Shepherd Charehwa at Kariba Magistrate court.The plaintiff was claiming $10 000 from Shepherd Charehwa for fishing rig rentals and the other for National Parks permit fees. Mr Gombedze lost the case after he failed to produce evidence for the money he was claiming.

The body of a fisherman who drowned in Lake Kariba yesterday was found today. Sources said the boat was hit by a hippopotamus whilst the deceased was fishing. The lake captain gave a strong warning to the poachers not to practice such illegal activities.
